Add Energy were contracted to develop and implement an optimised maintenance management program across 4 power generation facilities in the UK. The aim of the project was to provide complete assurance in safety and equipment availability, whilst rationalising the maintenance expenditure.
The project involved a desktop verification of equipment tags to ensure the asset registers were accurate, asset register hierarchy builds, development of maintenance reference plans and optimisation of procedures.
As part of the project, Add Energy were also tasked with sourcing a suitable CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) that fit the requirements of the operating facility and client objectives. After extensive market research, Add Energy selected the CMMS that was to be implemented across the sites. Add Energy completed the data loading and tailored the build of the CMMS data based on the clients budget and goals for Operational Excellence.
