Add Energy hosts webinar for maintenance professionals
18 Jan 2023
Add Energy is hosting a live webinar on master asset data collection for maintenance professionals on Thursday, February 9, 2023, from 4-5pm GMT.

The free to attend webinar, ‘Master Asset Data Collection, Validation and Enrichment: The What, Why and How?’, has been organized in response to Add Energy’s 2022 Maintenance Manager report which highlighted pain points within the sector.
More than 400 professionals took part in the study, with one third finding CMMS data quality and usage to be one of the biggest challenges they face.
Throughout the webinar, attendees will be able to learn how to mitigate common challenges, align and reconcile newly connected data into the CMMS, effectively validate, enrich or collect master data as well as discover new solutions and understand why this process is fundamental to asset management.
The presentation will be led by Brendan Furrow, Principal Consultant at Add Energy. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering, Brendan also has more than 17 years’ experience in the life cycle of master asset data for onshore and offshore locations as well as extensive knowledge of client facing projects.
He said: “When Add Energy conducted the 2022 Maintenance Manager Report, it highlighted a lot of challenges faced by industry professionals. We noticed that many respondents seemed to face challenges in getting their teams to use CMMS platforms properly and keep their data at a consistently high quality which then affected their maintenance plans or spare part management.
“As experts within this field, we can provide valuable advice that attendees can use to implement solutions to resolve these issues.”
Brendan will be joined by Trent Cooper, Technical Solutions Engineer at Add Energy. Trent has a background in offshore systems engineering and extensive experience in the maintenance and asset management industries. He is also the co-developer of Add Energy’s ePAV™ data collection application and is North America's lead on the development and sales of the RFID-based asset tracking software, AssetVoice™.
Combined, Brendan and Trent will share Add Energy’s expertise within the industry, covering how to streamline and declutter master asset data as well as how to reduce challenges within the field of maintenance.
