In a period of low oil price, it is critical for operators and service providers to pool resources so that operations become more streamlined, efficient and cost effective.
In recognizing this, COSL and Add Energy identified a mutual opportunity in the market, and have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the pursuit of optimized drilling and well management services within the region of the Australian continental shelf.
The collaboration will allow for COSL and Add Energy to provide a total drilling solution to their existing clients and prospective clients for both, drilling operations and the project execution and management of well engineering, construction, integrity and abandonment.
China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL) is a global provider of drilling equipment and services to the upstream oil and gas industry, providing drilling rigs, seismic vessels and services, well service and marine and transport vessels.
