Global contract rush for add energy

add energy continues to secure strategic client relations and business potential by entering into a series of new contracts with leading E&P players globally.

These contracts follow only weeks after a series of other contracts were announced and we are expecting more in the period ahead.

STATOIL, Global:
add energy has been awarded a six years (two years with future options for two periods of two years) global frame agreement on Inspection Services Well Control system for Statoil. add energy works with clients to ensure safe and sustainable operations and to maintain their license to operate. This is done on the basis of our combined competencies and solutions within reservoir, drilling & well, safety and risk, environmental solutions and asset integrity. We therefore see this contract as both proof of our competencies as well as a strategic opportunity to leverage further, says Kirsten Madland, Vice President consulting in add energy.

PREMIER OIL, Norway:
add energy was awarded a five + three years contract in Field Development Well Planning Services and Single Consultancy Services for Premier Oil Norway. The frame agreement will cover drilling & well, HSEQ, contract, G&G, subsea and operations. Premier is an important client for us and we are therefore pleased to get this opportunity to develop a long term relationship with them, says Kirsten Madland, Vice President consulting.

TOTAL E&P, UK:
add energy has signed an agreement with TOTAL E&P UK for access to add energy’s proprietary software NEMS Accounter®. NEMS Accounter® is a leading environmental Management system and is in use by 30 operators on both sides of the North Sea. add energy has in addition to its home market in Norway targeted the UK market. Through this agreement, we are expanding further outside Norway by adding a new important UK client to our list. ENAP (Empresa Nacional del Petroleo),Chile:
ENAP - the Chilean National Oil Company has awarded add energy with a contract to perform a completion design review, completions operations review and well performance review. This is an important new client for add energy‘s reservoir development segment and will underpin the relocation of Manuel PanDavila (VP) to Houston, joining forces with Dan Gibson. Between the two of them, they will help ENAP optimize the way they design, install their wells as well as identifying production optimization opportunities to their existing and future wells. The first phase of this project is a two week site visit in Chile, to be conducted in November, to familiarize themselves with the existing wells and to meet with the key personnel within ENAP, says Davide Bruno, Senior Vice President Reservoir Development in add energy

ConocoPhillips (CoP), Australia:
Awarded add energy an Integrated Field Management contract to reservoir development in October. This cements our position as the leading provider of integrated production modeling in the region - having now worked on most major LNG developments and built the forecasting tool for these (e.g. Browse, Greater Gorgon, NorthWest Shelf JV, Brunello-Julimar, Bayu Undan). This new project also initiated a Master Framework Agreement with CoP which will also enable us to provide other technical support, as required – says Davide Bruno, Senior Vice President Reservoir Development in add energy

Conoco Phillips (CoP), Norway:
ConocoPhillips has extended the Simulator Instructor agreement to cover both the Ekofisk and the new Eldfisk simulator. The contract is valid until summer 2015 and will involve two to three fulltime instructors.
