Project

Maintenance Benchmarking for quantification of maintenance savings and recommendations for improvement.

What we did

Add Energy led workshops and analysed CMMS data using our proprietary software tool; M-C, capable of benchmarking maintenance data and identifying cost saving opportunities for optimising maintenance management and execution. Utilising our global library of maintenance strategies, Add Energy were able to benchmark findings to determine issues relating to over expenditure, and develop a roadmap of recommendations for optimisation of resource and strategy.

Result

We identified; that 50% more maintenance were carried out than required, a potential to remove $20M+ of maintenance costs annually - $1.5M reduction within 3 months, another $5.5M within 6 months.
