PERSONNEL TESTIMONIALS

I have worked at Add Energy since May 2016 as a Contracts & Tenders Advisor. In my short time at Add Energy, I have been exposed to a wide array of experience including: developing Technical and Commercial Proposals, writing Non-Disclosure Agreements and drafting Subcontractor Agreements to name just a few of the areas I cover. I also work closely with our experienced Engineers in the Operations department to review scopes of work and develop proposals.

I think what is so unique about Add Energy is that the opportunities and exposure to new areas is limitless and I feel that although we have grown and are continuing to grow at an exponential rate, there still is that family feeling working here and I truly value that balance.

The career progression opportunities, people and work we do is what makes working at Add Energy so unique and I look forward to what the future has in store.

Since joining Add Energy as a mature candidate three years ago, I have experienced both personal and corporate growth within a dynamic, challenging and rewarding work environment. This has included exposure to multiple projects, leading and engaging with diverse teams across various industries. The cross industry projects include oil & gas exploration and production, refining, drilling, power generation, mining, etc. across national and cultural divides which add their own complexity and satisfaction to the activities.

Add Energy has a fluid management ethos whereby a team member can fulfil various roles dependant on the business need, we often move from leading to participating in projects. Where particular expertise is held we coach and mentor junior members of the team to provide a development pathway and ensure that knowledge is shared. I have had the pleasure of watching younger colleagues to develop a growing confidence and stature during their time with Add Energy. This has included seeing them move on within the industry as well as progress through the ranks provided within the business.

I believe Add Energy's business ethos, can do attitude and the work environment they foster has allowed them to grow, win and deliver contracts during the very challenging times the industry has recently experienced. It is a challenging, fast, flexible and ultimately enjoyable place to work.

In the two years that I have spent with Add Energy, I have found that the team and organisation as a whole has enabled me to progress my career through offering various training sessions, exciting challenges that have developed my skillset and opportunities to excel my career progression.

I have been exposed to every aspect of the company which has provided me with a solid foundation to now lead a team to deliver a major project. The environment within the office has been a key factor to my growth, there are numerous members of staff who are always happy to share their knowledge and experience, coupled with the various social events put in place to provide team building for all.
